Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent of the availability of ethics in Sudanese companies, and to reveal the nature of the relationship between requirements of the ethics of the work in performance of the employees in Sudanese companies, and to determine whether the Trust in its dimensions plays the role of mediator in the relationship between work ethics and the performance Of the employees.

In this study The analytic descriptive research method has been used aquestionnaire has been developedto to be used as atool for this study in view of previous studies, then distributed to the sample of the study of 350 employees Sudanese companies in Khartoum state, the received detects was 318, and the responses rate was 91%.

The study has reached a number of results the most important of which are: The existence of a positive statistical effect on the relationship between work ethics and employees' performance.

The study revealed that trust plays the role of mediator in the relationship between work ethics and the performance of ethics performance of the workers important of which is: the importance of senior management's consideration to the ethics of the work workers.

Working on a comprehensive set of financial and non-financial measures including the indicators of employees' performance, emphasizing on the adoption of Trust by the Sudanese companies; that the Trust has a clear effects on the performance of the organization and its continuation.
