Abstract EN

Purpose: To benefit from the quality house matrix in improving the current performance at the University of Bisha, Saudi Arabia, and in order to achieve the standard levels of university performance.

Design/methodology/approach: The quality house matrix was designed to compare current performance levels and standard performance according to global accreditation standards.

Findings: The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between the QFD matrix and the standard performance level at Bisha University in Saudi Arabia, and that the university performance can be improved based on the engineering of quality standards related to standard performance.
