Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the reality of the administrative performance of the academic and administrative departments in the Saudi universities in light of the principles of governance and vision 2030 from the point of view of the administrative leaders.
The study used the analytical descriptive method.
The questionnaire was composed of 31 articles on the study sample composed of (74) (Umm Al Qura, King Abdul Aziz and Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman) to include faculty members in the academic departments and administrators in the administrative departments in the second semester 2017/2018 The results revealed that the sample of the study agreed on the performance of administrative departments of the academic and administrative departments in Saudi universities in light of the principles of governance and vision 2030 from the point of view of administrative leaders as a whole (3.73) with a percentage of (74.72 %).
(3.27), with a percentage of (78.4 %) significantly.
In the third place came the area of efficiency and efficiency with an average of 3.76, (75.2 %) (3.41), 68.2 %.
In the last place, the field of competition came at an average of (3.32) percentage points (66.4 %).
The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimations of the sample of the study results of the performance of the administrative performance of the academic and administrative departments in the Saudi universities in the light of the principles of governance and vision 2030 from the point of view of the administrative leaders attributed to the variable of the college and the variable of the department, while there were differences of statistical significance due to variable years Experience for years of experience 11 years and above.
The study made a number of recommendations.
