The study aimed to identify the obstacles faced deaf students in the use of e-learning at the Islamic University and ways to overcome them, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical method was used.

The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study which consisted of (70) paragraphs divided into six areas (psychological, electronic, educational, economic, social, recreational), the study population consist of the deaf students in the Islamic University for the third semester of the academic year 2017/ 2016, and the sample of the study was (50) deaf students, where the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified The main results of the study Obstructions ranked first with a relative weight of 68.11 % while social obstacles ranked second with a relative weight of 67.80% while recreational obstacles ranked third with a relative weight of 65.80 % while economic obstacles ranked fourth with a relative weight of 64.76% 60.74% Finally, the psychological obstacles ranked sixth with a relative weight of 55.78 % There are no statistically significant differences in the obstacles faced Deaf students in the employment of elearning due to (Internet experience, number of courses gained, number of Deaf people within the family) There are statistically significant differences in the obstacles faced deaf students in the employment of elearning due to (gender, specialization) The study provided some ways to overcome the obstacles faced deaf students in employing e-learning.
