Abstract EN

The aim of this thesis is to address the“so called” Israeli democracy in the years 2015-2017.It shows that Israel is non-democratic, but enjoys some basic conditions & features of Democracy (such as: periodicelections, strong economy and separation of authorities..etc), in addition to the obvious deterioration of Democracynowadays, especially in media , judiciary and spread of corruption due to the exacerbate of negative impacts of old factors accompanied Israel from birth (which are considered anti-democratic )such as the character of Jewish state , settlements and the new Right party control on most of state reins to eliminate any process "of demonstrating democracy”, which the ancestors were keen about, by means of confirming its occupational Jewish character on the sake of the vital conditions of Democracy.
