تم تجميع 250 عينة من منتجات اللحوم (50 عينة من كل من اللحم المفروم و البيف برجر و الكفتة و السجق الشرقي و اللانشون) من أسواق مختلفة في محافظتي القاهرة و الجيزة.
و تم فحص العينات بكتريولوجيا لمعرفة مدى تواجد ميكروب القولون المدمم و كانت النتائج على النحو التالي : تم عزل الميكروب من 1, 2, 2 عينة من كل من اللحم المفروم و البيف بيرجر و الكفتة على التوالي بنسبة 2, 4, 4% و لم يتم عزل الميكروب من عينات السجق الشرقي و اللانشون.
ميكروب الأيشريشيا كولاي أو 157 (O157) أنتج فيروتوكسين الذي ساعد بالتعرف على Stxl و ذلك باستخدام تفاعل البلمرة المتسلسل (PCR) لميكروب الأيشريشيا كولاي كان حساسا للمضادات الحيوية التالية سيبروفلوكساسين, أنزوفلوكساسين, ستربتوميسين, تراسيكلين و جنتاميسين على الترتيب.
Abstract EN
A total number of 250 meat products (50 each of minced meat, beef burger, kofta, oriental sausage and luncheon) were collected from different markets in Cairo and Giza Governorates.
E.
coli 0157 was detected in minced meat, beef burger and kofta, with percentages of 2,4 and 4%, respectively while the organism failed to be detected in samples of oriental sausage and luncheon.
The isolated E.
coli 0157:H7 produce Vero toxins which helped in the detection of Stxl gene by using PCR.
The antibiogram activity of the E.
coli 0157:H7 were sensitive to ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, streptomycin, tetracycline and gentamicin.
