The problem of the study can be concluded in answering the following questions: 1) What is the figure of the program based on six hats theory in developing some of the creative thinking and problem solving for preschool child? 2) What is the effectiveness of the program based on six hats theory in developing some of the creative thinking and problem solving for preschool child? 3) What is the effectiveness of the program based on six hats theory in developing problem solving skill for preschool child? Objectives (Goals): 1) preparing a program based on the six hats theory in developing some of the creative thinking skills problems solving for preschool students.

2) Measuring the effectiveness of a program based on the six hats theory in developing some of the creative thinking skills for preschool students.

3) Measuring the effectiveness of a program based on the six hats theory in developing problems solving skill for preschool students.

Findings: 1) There are significant statistical differences between the averages of students’ scores in both pre and post tests for the sub-skills and the total sum of creative thinking skills test, on the refrential level of 0.01 in favor of the average of students scores in the post test.

2) There are significant statistical differences between the averages of students’ scores in both pre and post tests for the sub-skills and the total sum in the observation card of solving problems, on the referential level of 0.01 in favor of the average of students’ scores in the post test.

3) There are no statistical differences between the averages of students’ scores before and after the test in creative thinking skills, on the referential level of 0.01.
