Abstract EN

This study focuses on emerging series of Sharia Law regarding the urgent issues on water and soil pollutions, which represent the lifeblood of earth.

This study is based on the comparison between comparative Sharia rulings and Law, with considerations to scientific effects on the air and soil pollution, which reveal its harmful effects, and other health aspects after cleansing This research includes two main subjects.

The first subject is concerned with water sharia rulings whether it’s treated or not, and their applications through Sharia Law.

The second subject talks about sharia rulings and Kuwaiti Law on contaminated soil, whether the contamination is chemical radiation.

The researcher concluded that Islam is concerned with preserving nature resources to continue the succession of mankind.
