The competency based approach ,in teaching syllabus of mathematics goes through a series of steps whichconsists of the planning of the teacher and the learner, the phase of conducting the activity and instructions which includes (the research period, presentation and discussion, achievementstage, reinvestment phase in addition of the stage of evaluating the competencies).

Therefor,relying of the competency based approach in carried out consciously and systematically based, thus, upon knowledge and efficient methodology
