Abstract EN

This study aims at introducing the training needs related to modern educational theories and trends such as the Discipline-Based Art Education ("DBAE") from the perspective of teachers and educational supervisors in Grades 7 thru 12; the training needs relevant to artistic development stages in teenage years and their expressive models; and knowing the training needs pertinent to management of the educational environment of art education teaching from the viewpoint of teachers and supervisors in Grades 7 thru 12, This study employed the descriptive and analytical method, A questionnaire was distributed to a sample study of Adddha (186) teacher and supervisor, the results showed that teachers and supervisors of art education was the need for training largely in the area of benefit and learn and employ training needs related to the educational theories and modern trends in teaching art education.

And that teachers and supervisors of art education was the need for training largely in the application of the trend in the teaching of art education.
