Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the morale of educational department head's in Arabic local administration within the Greenline.

the study sample consisted of (63) educational department head's.

The questionnaire consisted of (18) items.

the study find that the morale of educational department head's in Arabic local administration within the Greenline, was high.

Also there was statistical significant difference in the morale of educational department head's in Arabic local administration within the Greenline due to gender, for the benefit of female, and there were no statistical significant differences according to the academic qualification, and there was statistical significant difference according to the years of experience, for the benefit of less than 5 years.

The study recommends to maintain the high degree of morale of educational department head's in Arabic local administration within the Greenline, and provide the appropriate environment for educational department head's in Arabic local administration to work efficiently and psychologically
