Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the reality of development and expansion department efficiency on enhancing Technical and administrative skills among physics teachers in Kuwait State according to Malcolm Baldrige model.

To achieve the study goals the researcher built a questionnaire which consisted of (36) items designed according Malcolm and Baldrige model seven domains and disseminated to the study sample tocollect data from (63) physics teachers in Kuwait city.

The study discovered that the reality of development and expansion department efficiency on enhancing Technical and administrative skills among physics teachers in Kuwait State according to Malcolm and Baldrige model from physics teachers was middle to all its domains.

And there was no statistical differences in physics teacher point views to the reality of development and expansion department efficiency on enhancing Technical and administrative skills among physics teachers in Kuwait State attributed to the gender.

The study recommended that physics teachers should be shared in school’s strategic plan.
