The aim of the study was to examine the practice degree of management by wondering among educational districts directors and their assistants at Hail Educational District schools and way to improve it.

The sample of the study consisted of (151) male and female school principles.

To achieve the objec-tive of the study the descriptive design was adopted as a questionnaire was developed.

The results of the study indicated that the practice degree of management by wondering among educational districts directors and their assistants at Hail Education (Northern Saudi Arabia) Educational District schools was moderate from school principals' perceptions The results of the study found no statistically significant differences in practice degree of man-agement by wondering among educational districts directors and their assistants from schools principals' perceptions due to gender and educational degree on the total score of management by wondering in-strument while statistically significant differences were found due years of experiences in favor of more than (10) years The results of the study indicated statistically significant differences in practice degree of man-agement by wondering among educational districts directors and their assistants from schools principals' perceptions due to educational district in favor of North Hail educational district.

The most significant fac-tor for improving the management by wondering is to organize training and qualification courses to pre-pare educational brochures and seminars for educational districts directors and their assistants concern-ing the use of management by wondering to show their benefits and to install its significance among them
