Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of application of good governance and the degree of effectiveness of the administrative performance in the directorates of education in northern Jordan, and identify the extent of the relationship between the degree application of good governance and the effectiveness of administrative performance.

Two tools were prepared: the first was to identify the degree of application of good governance, and the second was to identify the degree of effectiveness of the administrative performance.

The sample of the study consisted of (201) administratively chosen by the random stratified method The results of the study showed that the degree application of good governance and the effectiveness of administrative performance of the directorates of education in Northern Jordan to from the p oint of view of the administrative staff was high, and that there is a strong positive relationship between the degree of application of governance and the effectiveness of administrative performance.
