Abstract EN

The aim of this study to measure how much the students in Zarqa University are satisfied about mobile application which is called Zarqa is my university “Jamiti”.A questionnaire was designed and conducted to quantity this satisfaction.

A random sample of 140 students from Zarqa University who use this application was selected.The total numbers of questionnaires retrieved was 126 (90%), 14 questionnaires was lost and 14 questionnaires were excluded due to a missing answers and non-serious responses.

Therefore the total number of questionnaires accepted for analysis was 112 98 A descriptive analytical method was implemented and different statistical methods by the use of a Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS) software was used.This study revealed that(a) the existence of a statistically significant effect of all independent variables (ease of use, information, electronic services) on student satisfaction; (b) the need to develop the application by providing multiple languages within the application; and finally (c) provide all the services that students need to achieve their satisfaction.
