Abstract EN

The need for change is one of challenge which faces organizations espaecially in the era of globalization and competition, as one reason to continue and excellence and have this through the introduction of new technology, or change in the organization structure, and in the most important aspect of change concerning behaviors and values of employees to be more compatible with the organization’s goals from these process.

Owing to the necessity to change in various levels but the result of it is often encountered with resistance from workers due to many of the obstacles associated with the culture of the organization and its employees, including the fear of the unknown, lack of confidence in the benefits of change, threatening the interests of the workers and their relationships, lack of organization attention to the spirit of creativity and innovation and other reasons that stands in applying the change and make it a success within the organization which reflected negatively on its excellence and its survival .

Through this paper we addressed the subject of change during the entrance of organizational culture, the result of study confirmed the contribution of culture to the success or failure of the process of change
