This research aims to speak about the dimensions of formulating a meaning for modernity in the midst of the critical endeavors in which Abdul Fattah Kilito is going through in reading the Arab heritage through mechanisms that draw the researcher to question the extent of the cohesion of awareness of the reception in a model of the Arab criticism through the possession of a methodological instrument that is ,being equipped with the procedural device , considered a pivotal threshold to approach narration in its heritage formations through what the critic possesses from an interpretational instrument that can be said to be formulated to speak about the specificity of the critical project
