The objective of this paper is to investigate the impact of investment in human capital, represented by expenditure on health and education, on economic growth of Arab Maghreb Countries during the period 1995- 2014, using the econometric methodology of analysis of PANEL data models.
The study found that investment in the human capital of these countries during the period of study is still not sufficient in terms of health expenditure and efficiency in terms of education expenditure.
As the impact of this investment is positive on the economic growth unilaterally, which is expenditure on health, while not statistically significant of the second side is the expenditure on education.
