The present study aims to identify the impact of the proposed program on the development of meta-comprehension reading skills i.e (planning /Self - Monitoring / Evaluation) among a sample of pupils of Primary sixth graders with learning difficulties,This study was conducted on asample of (15) students from sixth graders Primary with learning difficulities of both sexes, The Researcher applyied a set of tools to collect data, these tools are: quik neurological screaning test by abd elwahab Mohamed Kamel, the scale of family socio- cultural level by muammar nawaf alhwarneh, Raven matrices test by John Raven, a list of Meta-comprehension reading skills appropriate for students in sixth graders with learning difficulties prepared by the researcher, the test of meta-reading comprehension skills prepared by the researcher, and program development of meta-reading comprehension skills by the researcher, The results of the study summarized significant differences between pre-and post measuring the skills in question i.e (improving the skills).
