Study Problem: The study problem could be formed in this inquiry: “What are the traits of the cognitive profile of Stanford-Binet V-Intelligence Scale for learning difficulties children compared to border line students?”.

Study Significance: The study is significant in defining dimensions of the cognitive profile of intelligence for learning difficulties and bordered line children.

Study Objective: shedding light on nature of the cognitive problems for children with learning difficulties and border line children.

Study Terminology:- Cognitive Profile -Learning Difficulties- Border Line Children Study Procedures: Method: the De scrip tive-Comparative method.

Sample: It consists of (60) children aged (8-12 year olds), divided into (30) children learning difficulties and (30) border line children.
