Abstract EN

The current study aims at identifying the availability and application of the concepts and principles of total quality management in Princess Rahma University College.

The researcher developed a questionnaire comprising of nine dimensions.

The questionnaire was completed by the study population who were the college’s staff.

The results indicated that the principles of total quality management are applied in a moderate range in the college.

There were significant statistical differences in the education quality in favor of academic staff.

The researcher suggested a group of recommendations that could increase the effectiveness of the concepts and principles of total quality management in Alpalqa Applied University and specifically in Princess Rahma University College.
