The study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among workers at the University College of Science and Technology, and recognize the effect of: sex, marital status, the nature of work, qualification and years of service.

In order to achieve this target, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample of (100) male and female employees working in the University College of Science and Technology.

The researcher found out the following conclusions: - The level of job satisfaction among workers at the University College of Science and Technology is low about (53.8%).

- The level of satisfaction with the relationship between the President and subordinates to the staff college is about (63.42%).

- The level of satisfaction with job stability among workers is low about (45.60%).

- The level of satisfaction with the incentives offered by the college for workers is low (41.44%).

- The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among workers altogether due to the sex variable.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among workers attributed to marital status variable.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among workers altogether due to the nature of work variable.

- There were statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among workers altogether due to the qualification variable, and in favor of certificates.
