This purpose of this study is to: investigate the effect of some Emotional Intelligence skills among Mothers of children mental retardation "Educable " and it's effect in reducing their level of stress ,for the scale of events of Stress for Mothers.

A sampler: (20) Mothcrs of children Mental Retardation "Educable", it's sub -divided in to groups :Experimental and control.
