This study aims to identify the compatibility of the school curriculum of the accounting with the needs of the labor market in Algeria.

Therefore, we relied on a random sample from the students of Kasdi Merbah University in Ouargla and the university of the Echahid Hamma Lakhdar in El Oued .At the end of the academic year 2016/2017, where 84 questionnaires were retrieved from 100 distributed, and using some statistical tools.
