The non-competition clause in employment contracts, although the interest of the employer because it would protect the foundation of any competition may harm their interests, but it in turn raises the problematic as a constraint on freedom factor at work, this requirement though is aimed at protecting the legitimate interests of the owner work, but it should not be completely eliminates worker's right to work, and I've tried all of the legislation and judiciary to restrict this condition based on the principle of balancing the freedom factor that is a constitutional principle and protect the economic interests of the institution.
