Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the administrative problems in the secondary schools in the Negev region within the Green Line and their relation to school performance from the point of view of the teachers.

A random sample of (402) teachers from the study community (960) during the academic year (2016-2017), the descriptive method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the study data after verifying its validity and stability.

The questionnaire consisted of two axes: First: (administrative problems in secondary schools; Schematic , And administrative problems related to school personnel, administrative problems related to the school environment), and the second axis: the school performance and it consists of four areas: (school performance of the director, school performance of the teacher, school curriculum, school activities and school equipment).

The results of the study showed that the level of administrative problems as a whole in the secondary schools in the Negev region was average, with all fields at an average level, and the results of the study showed that the level of school performance as a whole in secondary schools in the Negev region is high, All machines are of high standard.

Finally, the results showed a statistically significant negative relation between the estimates of the sample members of the study on the problems of the administrative problems tool as a whole and their estimates on the school performance tool as a whole.
