Abstract EN

This research tries to uncover indications of caused order with violating non-Muslims on the provisions aim to answer the following questions; what significance of caused order with violating non-Muslims?, How can you understand the significance of the order violates non-Muslims according to the rules of jurisprudence science, and did the violating of non-Muslims include times? Or did it have specific cases by which its own judge can disappear? To achieve previous goals use descriptive analytical research to indicate scientists' doctrines, in compared in comparisons of different doctrines views.

The research found a collection of the most important results that scientists disagreed in terms of it violates nonMuslims on judgment between was obligatory, and argued with scars, was permissive.
