With the new management theories, it emerges à new way to apprehend the principal mechanisms concerning the management of human resources (MHR) for the benefit of public service development.
(MHR) is major field of research.
this article is devoted to the field of (MHR) in the public sector in Algeria.
the examination of this domain also includes à quick inventory, supplemented by the formulation of the problems that suffering today the public sector in Algeria.
this approach will be, complemented by a number of proposals, for the involvement of the public service on the one hand, and the development and valorization of HR on the other.

Avec les nouvelles théories de management, il émerge une nouvelle façon d’appréhender les principaux mécanismes concernant la gestion des ressources humaines (RH) au profit du développement du service public.
le management des ressources humaines est un domaine de recherche de grande ampleur.
cet article est consacré au domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines dans le secteur public en algérie.
l’examen de ce domaine comportera aussi un rapide état des lieux, complété par la formulation de la problématique que connaît ce secteur.
cette approche sera à titre indicatif, complétée par un certain nombre de propositions en vue de l’implication de la fonction publique d’une part, du développement et de la valorisation des RH d’autre part.
