Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the uses of Palestinian journalists for Israeli sources and the realized innovations.

The study belongs to descriptive studies.

The survey methodology was used.

The survey used the method of surveying the media practice methods.

The researchers relied on theories, uses and feedback.

The investigative newspaper and the in-depth interview were distributed to a simple random sample of (340) individual practicing journalists in Palestine,: The study concluded a number of findings, the most important of which are the following: 1.

Palestinian journalists working on (websites) ranked the most important Israeli sources in the first place with percentage of 80.3%.

The gratifications achieved of using Israeli sources were: increasing knowledge of the methods of the Israeli media used in media coverage (59.2%).

Reasons for Palestinian journalists to trust Israeli sources contributed to identifying the Israeli public opinion (66.4%).
