The purpose of this contribution is to understand the state of psycho cognitive factors and their impact on managerial decision-making.
The realization of this study on a sample composed of 250 human resources managers required the study of the psychometric properties (fidelity and stability) of the sets of measures used for this study, in this case "the personal efficiency" and "the 'decision-making efficiency'.
The author proposes at the end of this study a summary of the nature of the impact of the concept of "personal effectiveness" on "decision-making efficiency" in the study population.
