The study aimed to identify the role played by the educational administration of Khartoum locality in verifying job satisfaction of the educational administration staff in Khartoum locality.
The researcher adopted the descriptive method.
A random sample of 50 teachers from both sexes was selected.
Data was collected through a questionnaire prepared and standardized by the researcher.
Descriptive and non-parametric statistics were used in data analysis.
Results revealed a lack of job satisfaction about the role played by the administrative staff in the locality.
The sample confirmed job satisfaction with the factors pertain to the work environment.
The results also revealed that the work satisfaction on the factors related to the job safety and security stability were positive.
The researcher recommended: finding aspecial system of incentives and promotion for teachers and encouraging them to be creative and innovative.
to raising the work efficiency and improving performance achieve the job satisfaction.
the necessity to develop a continuous cooperation and integrated understanding, exchanged respect between the educational administration and the other administrations to improve performance in the field of the job satisfaction, and to work in order to provide an attractive educational environment
