Abstract EN

This study discusses an indispensable subject for the correct reasoning for the judgment on the jurisprudential issues, especially the new ones, namely: "the adaptation of the jurisprudential in ijtihad and the role of knowledge in it." the study consists of six sections.

the first section shows the truth of the jurisprudential adaptation.

the second section explains the vocabulary and terminology relevant to it.

the third section shows the need for jurisprudential adaptation; it is not reasonable to be ignored by the mujtahdeen of the nation.

the fourth section shows the role of adapting the jurisprudence in ijtihad where it points out that the full and correct perception of the incident has a significant role in making the judgment, especially ijtihad and considerations for contemporary issues.

the study ends by showing of the controls of the jurisprudential adaptation in the fifth section, and the role of knowledge in it in the sixth section.
