The use of stem cells in the treatment is one of the latest findings of modern medicine in treatment and still many researches are conducted in this area and hence the importance of research in this subject was the study of jurisprudence aimed at showing the fact of stem cells, and the rule to obtain for treatment, and the introduction of some medical applications on stem cells with the statement of the legitimate controls of stem cell therapy the study recommended paying attention to medical jurisprudence, and studying its contemporary issues.
