Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to measure the satisfaction of the students with regard to the efficiency of the educational process at the Shatt al-Arab University, through a survey of the students of the fourth stage by means of a questionnaire distributed to them, including a random sample of 250 students enrolled in the fourth stage.

The research focuses on the curriculum and student satisfaction, the students' satisfaction with the assessment and correction process, the efficiency of teaching from the teaching staff, and the contribution to achieving and enhancing the quality of education in the private universities.

The data were analyzed through the AMOS and Berne statistical program Mg SPSS.

The research was based on a main hypothesis that "there is a correlation between the curriculum and the quality of education in the private universities.

The research reached a number of conclusions.
