Abstract EN

The research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a computer-based training program to develop language skills and improve the social behavior among children with Intellectual disabilities who integrated into public schools.

The study sample included 20 children at the age of 8-11 years.

They were divided into two separate groups.

The experimental group: N = (10), 7 of them are male, and 3 of them are female, with an average age of 9.8 years and a standard deviation of 1,985, N = (10), 7 of the selected children are male and 3 of them are female, with an average age of 9.6 years and a standard deviation of 1.821.

The study's tools included a Language Skills Scale, prepared by Alrosan, 2014, David's list of measuring social behavior from the teacher's perspective, translated and evaluated by Alkafoori, 2001, Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, translated and evaluated by Hanourah, 2001, and the Computer-Based Training Program, prepared by the researcher.
