Abstract EN

The present study aims at exploring the positive and negative psychological effects of the recent reforms in the educational system from the point of view of pre-university teachers starting from the 2003/2004 academic year.

The general question was: - What are the psychological effects of the recent reforms of the educational system from the point of view of pre-university teachers? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the exploratory approach to the subject of the study.

Accordingly, an open questionnaire was prepared to determine the positive and negative psychological effects of the reform in the educational system.

The questionnaire was delivered to 120 randomly selected teachers and schools out of 1652 from the municipalities of Ghardaia, Mtlili and Zulfana.

After statistically analyzing the results using EXCEL 2007 and SPSS19, 0 the study determined the positive and negative effects of each side, namely, 09 positive effects of the mental side, 03 adverse effects of the same side, the physical side we received 03, positive effects and 05 Negative effects.

As for the emotional side, we found 30 positive effects and 7 negative effects
