Abstract EN

The municipality, like the service institutions, sees the citizens' delegations daily so queues are formed for various reasons.

However, with the development of ideas and the visions of the decision makers, they are working to improve the service.

So queuing theory came to help them choose what is most appropriate for the institution, that is, it can satisfy citizens and get rid of waiting queues.

Therefore, our goal through this research was to find a solution to the problem of overcrowding and waiting witnessed by the municipality, especially as a field study and service institutions in general, and we concluded that the theory of waiting lines, if implemented, will help to reduce wait time and improve service performance.
