Abstract EN

This research divided it into two sections and a conclusion.

The first section is included of the evidences of the matter of facing Qibla in time of defecation while the second one is included of explaining the difference among these evidences and Scholars' ways in avoiding this difference and its impact on jurists' opinions, too .

The conclusion is also included of the findings and recommendations and I summarized the most important findings as following: 1 .

The scholars had four ways : Jamei(Collecting among evidences) , Nasekh ( deleting one evidence by another one), Tarjeeh ( Preferring one evidence to another one), Tasaqot ( The removal of evidences by another evidence) for avoiding the contradictions between the evidences which affected on their juristic judgments which are eight sayings about this and this indicates the significance of Hadith extraction to other islamic sciences.
