This study aimed to investigate private school`s role in promoting and fostering student„s leadership skills in Jordan, to achieve the study aims, the researcher adapted interview approach.
Interview questions revolved around four leadership skills: self-confidence, influencing others, ambitions, and passion.
The study interviews 10 parents whom their children attend private schools in Amman and Irbid, and ask them about their views on these four issues and the schools of their children.
The study found that the parents were confident that the schools indeed emphasize these leadership aspects through their teaching and activities
