this article treats the rules of speech in the arabian rethorics focusing on four rules: rule of statement, rule of intention, rule of telling and containment, rule of truth, that these rules are most clarified than the others.

We deal with these rules through many rethorical mechanisms that support the existence of these rules.

Hence, this article is going to focus on theses mechanisms, showing how speech rules could be clarified in the arabian rethorics, either these rules could be existed by force or by act
