Arabic Abstract

يعتبر التعليم واحد من أهم الاتجاهات الأساسية للناس في العالم، وفي غزة يعتبر التعليم الخيار الأول لخريجي مدارس الثانوية العامة ( التوجيهي ) وذلك بسبب محدودية الموارد وغياب الصناعات المهنية والقطاعات الزراعية، هذا بالإضافة الي ارتفاع نسبة البطالة.

ويعتبر التعليم الجامعي المنارة الأولى للأهالي وأبناءهم الطلاب.

وتشير الاحصاءات الوطنية الى الانتباه لوجود مشكلة حاسمة في التوجه الجامعي لطلاب المدارس الثانوية في قطاع غزة، حيث يوفر مفهوم تنقيب البيانات التقنيات التي تساعد على دراسة البيانات المقدمة من الطلاب خريجي الثانوية العامة وطلبة السنوات الأولى في الجامعات في هذا البحث قمنا بدراسة تجريبية وذلك باستخدام طرق تنقيب البيانات وتم تطبيقها علي عينة من البيانات وهم طلبة الثانوية الملتحقين بالجامعة الاسلامية بغزة لثلاث سنوات متتالية عام2013 - 2015 )، حيث تم جمع درجات الطلاب في الثانوية العامة والجامعة للسنتين الأولى والثانية واستخدمنا لهذا الغرض ثلاث تقنيات لتنقيب البيانات وهي شبكة القرارات تقنية الجار الأقرب K، تصنيف نايف بايز من خلال ذلك كنا قادرين علي التنبؤ بمجموعة من القواعد تعمل علي تعزيز التوصيات التي توجه الطلاب في اختياراتهم الجامعية بناء على أدائهم في المدارس الثانوية ( التوجيهي ) وأولى سنوات الجامعة .

و قد تم إجراء عملية التقييم للطرق المستخدمة للتأكد من كفاءة نتائج الدراسة التجريبية وبناء علي نتيجة التقييم حصلنا علي كفاءة كل طريقة مستخدمة وكانت أعلاها هي شبكة القرار بنسبة 89.0، واعطت تقنية الجار الاقرب وتصنيف نايف بايز نسبة 86.7%، 80.4% علي التوالي.

English Abstract

Education is one of the most essential trends for people in the world.

In Gaza strip, Higher Education is considered as the first choice for high school graduates because of the limited resources and the lack of real industry, agriculture sectors, furthermore, the high percentage of unemployment.

So Higher University Education is considered as the dominant light of families and their children.

National Palestinian statistics indicates important notes that attention to a crucial problem in university orientation for high school students in Gaza Strip.

Data mining offers techniques that help us to study the data delivered from the graduate students of high school and freshman students of universities.

In this research; a data mining experimental study applied on a dataset of students at the Islamic University of Gaza IUG.

The collected dataset are students’ grades from high schools and the first two years results at the university.

By using data mining techniques (Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Naïve Bayes) we were able to predict a set of enhancement rules as a recommendations for orientation of students based on their performance in high school (Tawjihi) and later at the university.

Then an evaluation and validation process were performed to check the efficiency of the experimental study results, were the results of the accuracy unit as follow, Decision tree 89.0% as highest accuracy, K-Nearest Neighbors 86.7%, and Naïve Bayesian 80.4%.
