Abstract EN

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: In the discipline of the Companions with human commons, taking into account the case in the words and deeds.

The contemplator in the actions of the Companions to find these noble meanings based on the balance of justice and moderation, most suited to human nature and different human conditions.

This study was divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.

In the first part, the statement was presented to the concept of moderation, its features, characteristics, and its foundations, in order to stand on the centrality of this concept in the guidelines of the law in general and in the Sahaabah in particular.

The practical formulation of this concept, in order to find out how to download the scientific formulation of moderation in practice.

I concluded that moderation in Islam is a general description, but it is the first description of the Shariah and its main purposes.

It is the balance of the law of the Sharia, the strength of virtuous qualities and the source of the calamities.

It is a divine duty and a prophetic description, a law and a platform, every deviation from the middle to one of the parties, is to turn away from the law and departure from the approach of the just.
