Abstract EN

The study sought to level of the innovative leadership practice among government high school principals in education from their opinion and their teachers.

To answer the research questions, the study collected data by distributing a questionnaire that consists of 35 clauses, among a population of 867 leaders and teachers.

310 of whose data were analyzed after performing random stratified sampling.

The study underscored several results, one of which shows that the average level innovative leadership practice among the sample, with a mean of (2.53) a standard deviation of (0.46).

the other results shows that were statistically significant difference at the a = 0.05 level of the innovative leadership practice which refers to job title, qualification, whereas the other reveals no statistically significant difference at the a = 0.05 level of the innovative leadership practice, which refers to including gender, year of experience.

In light of those results, the study recommended to encourage high school principals in the directorates of education in Jordan to employ flexibility in administrative and academic work to create an environment of creativity and innovation in the school.
