Values are the basis for guiding human behavior and judging the extent to which one is committed to social norms and institutional standards.

The study aimed to identify the leadership values of secondary school principals in the distinguished district and its relation to the organizational loyalty of the teachers.

The study reached a number of recommendations, including: Holding training courses for managers to prepare them as leaders who can influence others and free them from central regulations, instructions and procedures.

The sample of the study was selected in a simple random sample.

122 teachers were selected, which is (20%) of the study population, which are (606) teachers.
