The study used the analytical descriptive approach to analyse the data collected through questionnaire distributed among the whole study population of 240 undergraduates from Al Fakhoora scholarship.

The questionnaire was based on the selfassessment tool (benchmark) that is developed and introduced by AMIDEAST to assess the leadership skills development programs.
