Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الي التحقق من تأثير رأس المال البشري لدى أفراد العمل الحر في قطاع غزة من خلال دراسة ابعاد رأس المال للوصول لسوق العمل الحر.

لتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة، تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الاحصائي، حيث تم توزيع استبانة تم تصميمها الكترونيا كأداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة و الذي يتكون من 2000 شخصا مصنفين كعاملين مستقلين في غزة.

تم تجميع 325 استبانة من أصل 500 تم توزيعها الكترونيا.

و اظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأنه لا توجد فروقات ذات دلالة بين الأفراد المستقلين، و الأفراد التابعين لمؤسسات العمل الحر في قطاع غزة.

فيما توجد فروقات ذات دلالات احصائية بين رأس المال البشري للعاملين في مجال العمل الحر و العمل المناسب.

حيث أن الأفراد العاملين في مجال العمل الحر ذوي الخبرة و التعليم و المهارات العالية لديهم فرص أفضل لنيل أعمال مناسبة.

فيما لم يظهر متغير التعليم أي فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية.

فيما توصى هذه الدراسة أفراد العمل الحر لتحسين مهارتهم الفنية و الحياتية، و مهارات التواصل و إدارة الوقت كما توصي الدراسة مؤسسات العمل الحر على تقوية قدرات أفرادها من خلال ضمهم لبرامج تدريبية تعنى بالمهارات الفنية و الحياتية أخيرا، على الجامعات في قطاع غزة العمل على زيادة الوعي حول احتياج الخريجين الجدد إلى المشاركة في ورش العمل و برامج التدريب حول أهمية و جدوى العمل الحر.

English Abstract

This study aims to investigate the human capital for independent and affiliated freelancers in Gaza Strip through investigating the human capital dimensions to access the freelance market.

To meet the aim of the study, the statistical approach was followed.

A questionnaire was distributed online as the data collection tool.

The study population was 2000 persons who are self-employment as freelancers in Gaza Strip; 325 questionnaires were collected out of 500 distributed.

The findings of this study demonstrate that there are no main differences between independent and affiliated freelancers in Gaza Strip.

There is statistically significant differences between freelancers' Human capital and decent jobs, where the freelancers with higher educations, skills and experience will be able to have better opportunities to get decent jobs.

However the mean of education variable was insignificantly different form the hypothesized value.

This study recommends the independent freelancers to enhance technical and life skills.

Moreover, the freelance institutions must strengthen the capabilities of their affiliated freelancers by joining them into training courses on technical and life skills.

Finally, the Gaza Strip universities should raise awareness about the need for new graduates to participate in workshops on the importance and feasibility of freelancing
