Abstract EN

The main objective of this research is to assess the impact of motivation on the performance of employers in the Algerian south-west headquarters of the Ooredoo company.

Nowadays, in the midst of an ever changing business settings, the success of companies has been strongly correlated with the effectiveness in applying managerial leadership practices.

Among these practices, motivation of employers in its various forms and development of the human resource at all levels, has been proved as an excellent mean for raising the overall productivity and creativity of the employers and therefore helping the company to cope with the sudden changes in the business environment.

Using the analytical and qualitative methodology, the present study has revealed that the excellent application of leadership practices and motivation of employers has been one of the key success factors which helped the Ooredoo company to be a local leading actor in the telecom sector.
