Education reforms in Algeria have passed since independence by several steps, the most important being the reforms of 1976 or the so-called 35th year of reforms and reforms in Benghazi in 2003, the latest reforms of the second generation and the promulgation of the National Education Directive in 2008.

The aim of all these reforms is to improve the education system and achieve a high level of achievement of our students, to keep place with the changing world and to achieve a level of quality of education.
