English Abstract

The culture technology has prolificated effectively within a century, a variety of culture media has been designed.

The chicken embryo is an excellent model for studying embryology and the production of pharmaceutical proteins in transgenic chickens.

In addition, chicken stem cells have the potential for differentiation and proliferation and emerged as an attractive tool for various cell-based technologies.

The bank had stocks of 90 cryogenically-preserved vials each containing 4~5×106 cells (Frozen tissue embryonic).

The cells were cultured individually in three concentrations of FBS like 3.5%, 7%, and 10%.

The cells were morphologically consistent with the fibroblasts and the growth curve was sigmoidal.

And the result shows that 10% FBS concentration was best for fibroblast culture in vitro.

In this study the fibroblasts have been established successfully from frozen chicken embryos by the method of enzymatic digestion.
