Abstract EN

The movement of translation and Arabic-loan translation in al-Diwan al-Mamluki The large state like al-Mamalik state which inherited al-Ayubeen kingdom , controlled a wide range from the land including Egypt , Al-Sham and the north of Iraq the southern part from al-Anathol countries and the Arabic island ,so translation and Arabic-loan translation movement was necessary for them ,but it was the causes of their remaining and which arranges the relationship with the neighbors and the Global power in that time .

This modern state enables to defeat al-Mogul army in 658 AH and by this defeating , it rescues Egypt , Al-Sham and the other wholly places in Palestine , the Arabic island and the remaining Islamic world from the actual falling under the invading of Al-Mogul who never be merciful with humanity and never left a civilization ,beside that al-Mamalik state was able to end Al-Salibeen existence in Al-Sam by a greater leader like Bebers, al-Mansur Qelawn and al-Sharif Khalil Bin Qelawn .

It was clear from what it was introduced that the translation and Arabic loan translation was necessary to achieve the cultural correspondence , the acknowledged communication and to remain the Arabic language alive in different state's institutions especially Diwan al-Ensha' which by it came all the libraries in assignments and the fields for al-Mamlik and it seems that from the sources which we stand on it that al-Diwan translated from and to several languages of people who exist in that age.
